What is SECC?
The State Employees Charitable Campaign links State of Michigan employees with over 1200 charitable organizations that provide a variety of assistance locally, nationally and internationally. The SECC makes it easy for all of us to donate by payroll deduction to the charitable causes that are meaningful to us. State employees are generous with their time and money giving almost $1 million last year and over $45 million since its inception.
Participation in the annual SECC means assurance that the most efficient and consistent pathway is being used for state employees to support our annual tradition of charitable giving. For donor CHOICE in giving, TRUST in charitable partners and CONVENIENCE of payroll deduction, the SECC is the preferred option for state employees.
