participants. During the initial phase, the court mandates
participation in many services to immerse the participant in a
mindset sobriety. Three-day weekend program offered at eleven
sites around the state to combat drunk driving. |

Benevolence Fund - Assisting community members
with struggling to find work, pay their bills, and put food on
the table. Many are at risk having utilities shut off, being
evicted or having their homes foreclosed. Our fund is
designated to help people who are struggling to pay their
bills. It will assist them with such things as; groceries,
utilities, rent, gasoline, and anything else that may fall into
this category. |

in house Food Bank provides food to Portland Community. The
Center also offers informative seminars regarding Medicare or
